Pretty Petals

Spring may not be in the air here, (way to cold!) but it should be!  So, I decided to create a card that brought spring into my craft room.  An acetate card (never done this before), some beautiful flower stamps and great spring colors.  Add my new do-hickie die from Magnolia and I had it made!

Check out those gorgeous blooms!  And how about that beautiful butterfly diecut.
The blooms were stamped (and masked) on Neenah white cardstock.  This was mounted on the inside of the acetate card after coloring with copics.  The spellbinders die cut (yellow) is mounted on the back of the card to surround the bloom page.  The sentiment is stamped in Stazon black ink and allowed to dry.  The butterfly die cut is punched out in yellow and pink.  The body punched a third time in brown.  This is all put together and then mounted in the front of the card.
