Store Front card

Supplies:
Card base 4.25" wide by 5.5" tall with top fold (tent card fold)
Scraps of white and solid color for awning
4.25" wide by 3" tall white cardstock with image stamped
4.25" wide by 3" tall piece of coordinating DP
4.25" by 1.25" strip of white cardstock
4.25" by 1.5" card stock
border punch
SU word window puch
ribbon, sentiement, other bling

Make the awning.  Cut 6 strips colored cardstock and 5 strips white cardstock using the
SU word window punch.

Take the 4.25 by 1.25 strip of card stock and run tape on all four edges.
Place the word window strips with .25" hanging over both sides of the white strip.
Leave a very slight gap between each strip (hairs width) to it covers the white strip.

Fold one .25" edge up and the other down.

Put glue on the edge folded up

and glue to the top of the card base (at the fold)

Color your image (I used bakery image from Beyond the Fringe

Run tape on all four sides of back of image and insert onto front of card base, up under the awning.

Get the 4.25" by 2.5" colored cardstock strip and border punch one side.

Score at 0.5" and fold.

I put ribbon across the front and fold it under.

Put tape on the inner fold of the border punched piece and put at the top of the 4.25" by 3" piece of DP,  Add bow or other bling as desired.

Put tape on all four edges of the back of the DP.  Attach to the front of the card base.
Place the border punch edge just under the colored images.  Trim the bottom of the DP to match the length of the bottom of the card base.  Add any other decorations and sentiment as desired.
